What does it mean to be your brother’s keeper? Today on the Message of the Cross, Brother Swaggart and panel address what our responsibility is to one another. Brother Dave Smith says the church is more concerned about things in the natural, in helping people, as sharing the Gospel seems to have been put by the way side. Brother Swaggart says, somebody got the Gospel to his family, somehow. He says if his parents hadn’t heard it and received it, he would have been destroyed. Brother Swaggart asks, since the Cross, is there still some of the curse of the ground remaining? Brother John says man is being, and will be, held responsible for what they do with what Christ achieved at Calvary’s Cross, pushing aside the sacrifice, can only lead one to wander lost.
