The Lord knows all things, past, present, and future. Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss Daniel chapter seven, and the great beasts, which are four kings, which shall arise out of the Earth. The four kings are, as stated, Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, and Rome. Which shall arise out of the Earth, simply means that they are of the people, of man, and, therefore, not of God. The Kingdom in Daniel 7:14, is of God and from God, and consequently will last forever. There was given Him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom that all people, nations, and languages should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away nor be destroyed. This is the Lord Jesus Christ he’s talking about. This kingdom of righteousness will begin immediately after the Second Coming, with Christ as its Supreme and Eternal Head.
