They discuss oneness pentecostalism that teaches that a person needs to be baptized in water with a certain baptismal formula and speak in tongues in order to be saved. If this is true, then the Holy Spirit acted out of order in Acts 10 since the Gentiles were saved and baptized in the Holy Spirit before they were water baptized.
