Judah had suffered seventy years of captivity because she would not listen to the one true prophet, Jeremiah, who was raised up by the Lord. She instead heeded the false prophets. Brother Swaggart asks if this problem is prevalent today? False prophets are always going to be spewing out their message. Ezekiel was calling out to Judah from Babylonian captivity. They failed to hear. Believers must have discernment and recognize when something pulls us from the Word of God; if it distorts it or minimizes it, then it is not of God. Do you hear the message of truth God has for you?
