THE GOOD SHEPHERD AND THE FENCE CRAWLER- The Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want. Tonight at Crossfire, Associate Pastor Shaun Murphy reads Psalm 23:1-6. He shares a firsthand perspective of a true shepherd’s experience who watched after sheep for a living. Phillip Keller was a shepherd as a profession in the region near the Middle East so he experienced the same premise, same landscape, and same habits as Israel. After Keller is saved, he becomes a pastor and author, so he is uniquely fit to walk us through the writings of a shepherd, David, who knows our good shepherd, God. Our good shepherd is Jesus Christ who gave His life for us. If He was willing to do that to save us, we must know He is going to sustain us? We are His fold, we will lack nothing from now or for eternity.
