Brother Swaggart says we can lay the blame, mostly at the doorstep of the church. Scripture reads, if my people, which are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray, and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven. I will forgive their sin, and I will heal their land. That is a phenomenal promise.
