The grace of God is the goodness of God given to undeserving humanity, which is manifested in His Son Jesus. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel read Titus 3:3-7 discussing the unmerited favor of God. We can only experience His goodness when we believe on the sacrifice Christ made, on our behalf, on Calvary’s Cross. We will be made heirs according to the blessed hope we have of eternal life in Christ. This is the end result of our salvation. Responding to an email question, the panel clarifies that the Holy Spirit never separated from Christ. Everything that Jesus did, He did as a human empowered by the Holy Spirit, and His atonement on the Cross was His greatest work. (Hebrews 9:14) The panel responds to questions about the infilling of the Holy Spirit at salvation for regeneration and the baptism infilling of the Spirit that is a separate work apart from salvation, which results in speaking in tongues.
