We are what we believe, and our conduct speaks to what we believe. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel read Titus 3:8 discussing Paul’s use of repetition in his teachings. In Paul’s epistles, he established doctrine, confirmed doctrine, and refuted false doctrine. This truth is the only hope for mankind; that is, we are to know and affirm who Jesus is and what He has done. The panel explains the three persons of the trinity, and discusses how the Holy Spirit has human characteristics, but not a human body. Responding to emails, the question is asked, will the believer go straight to heaven, and when will we stand at the judgment seat of Christ? Sister Swaggart says we will go straight to heaven, either at death or at the rapture; then, at some point following, all believers will go before the judgment seat of Christ to receive rewards for their service on earth.
