Brother Donnie says as deity Christ could not die, so He had to become human to become the only perfect sacrifice that God would accept. We must have correct teaching to understand who Jesus is and what He did or we will not properly understand the Bible and will set ourselves up for deception. When the believer dies, the soul and Spirit goes to be with the Lord in heaven; at the time of the rapture, the dead in Christ and those alive in Him will be given glorified bodies and will come back with Christ at the Second Coming.
