We are justified through Christ when we believe on His finished work. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and the panel discuss the Book of Philemon and how the Holy Spirit goes to work on our behalf to give us sanctifying peace. All too often, many incorrectly try to sanctify themselves through self-efforts and willpower. When we anchor our faith in the finished work of Christ, the Holy Spirit will bring our condition up to our position in Christ. The panel warns of the seriousness of people who follow Spiritualism, which is a form of communicating with evil spirits through psychics, mediums, and other methods of witchcraft. These are counterfeit spirits of Satan, which totally oppose the Holy Spirit of God.
