We can know Him, having fellowship with the Father because of our fellowship with the Son. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and the panel discuss 1 John 1:3-4. The Apostle John refers here to a joint participation, a fellowship with another; with whom, we have something in common. He is referring to the believer’s daily fellowship with Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit; as Christians, we can walk in the fullness of joy in Christ. The panel discusses how everything available to the believer comes through the Cross of Christ, from Salvation, to healing, to progressive sanctification. A believer should not be dominated by sin; we can have a victorious Christian life when we place our faith in the Cross of Christ alone, this is walking in the Spirit.
