That which is Spiritual is God made. Religion is manmade. Christianity is relationship with the Lord. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and the panel read 1 John 2:9 discussing walking in the light. Brother Donnie says many have a form of godliness, but deny the power within. If we are walking in the light, we must not have hate in our heart for others. We are called to hate evil; anything that contradicts the Word of God. As a believer, we should hate the effects of drugs, alcohol, and abortion. We should hate the effects of sin that steel, kill, and destroy. While we hate sin, we love the sinner. The panelists go on to explain man’s sin nature and how the answer for it is found in the Word of God, which comes to all who will accept Jesus Christ as their Savior.
