Brother Trosclair has sought legal help from the Pelican Institute; Daniel Erspamer, CEO of the Pelican Institute explains the fight against the OSHA vaccine mandate. Trosclair has seen an early victory with the federal court of appeals issuing an emergency order, suspending the mandate nationwide while arguments go on in court. The Biden Administration has told employers to ignore the court’s stay and implement the mandate.
