MIRACLES OF CHRIST- Today on The Generation of the Cross, Pastor Gabe Swaggart is joined by JSBC Professor Dave Watts as they read Mark 5:35 looking at the story of Jairus. The circumstances that he faced, and how things went from bad to worse. His 12 year old daughter, somehow, someway had become deathly ill. Jairus, upon hearing that Jesus was in town, he knew, he believed Jesus could heal his daughter. But then a person came to Jairus saying, don’t trouble the master anymore, your daughter is no longer sick, for she has died. But in verse 36, we read, as soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he said unto the ruler of the synagogue, (that is Jairus), be not afraid, only believe. Jairus’ daughter lived again.
