In 2035, President Trump hopes to balance the U. S. budget under his plan, which will be nineteen years since first being elected. On Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern, discuss President Trump’s proposed budget that would ultimately have to be passed by Congress. President Obama spent more than any President in history, as he used continuing resolutions, by continuing funding programs which had already been approved. Brother Josh says President Trump had to put a stop to that, as every year’s needs must be addressed individually; otherwise, you are just borrowing more and more and paying more interest on the the current debt and thus creating more debt.
