Today on Insight, John Rosenstern discusses the recent mass shooting by Mario Garcia at a Texas mall over the weekend. The death toll is at eight, with many more critically wounded. Brother John says there have already been over 200 similar shootings this year, in this country alone. Is the answer gun control or people control? In an attempt to address slavery, a California racial reparation's task force is working towards an apology for slavery, and the making of cash payments, upwards of 1.2 million, all in an effort to reimburse those who have felt discriminated throughout history.
