Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss these remaining two weeks leading up to the election with crucial Senate and House votes. Brother Josh is concerned over the thirty-five Senate seats up for re-election, including the critical seat of the Judiciary committee Chair of South Carolina Republican Lindsay Graham. There is currently a Senate Republican majority of fifty-three Senators. Brother Josh explains the checks and balance system of our government made up of the Executive Branch, the White House; the Legislative Branch, Congress; and the Judicial Branch, our courts; all hold each other in check with regards to power. Brother Josh says many people do not realize how this power is checked by each branch. This is what makes our U.S. Government protected from tyranny.
