Tonight at Family Worship Center, Pastor Donnie Swaggart and panel read Philemon 1:15-18 as they finish out their teaching on redemption. It is a beautiful story of the grace of God, as a runaway slave repents and is forgiven for his crime and is redeemed by faith in Christ. Every soul who is born again, will be changed by the power of God. God's redemption plan is perfect, and because of the blood of Jesus, we can stand in the eyes of God justified. Redemption means we are not guilty, and it declares us totally innocent in the eyes of God, as though we have never sinned. At conversion, we receive imputed righteousness. By faith, we are a new creation in Christ Jesus. Every sinner owes a debt, we cannot pay; but on Calvary's Cross, our sin was put on Christ's account and He paid our debt.
