THE BRUISED REED- Christ came to this earth to bring redemption to humanity. Tonight, at Family Worship Center, Pastor Loren Larson reads Isaiah 42:1-4 teaching on the process of God. Often times we have to be brought through something, so He can bring us to His call and will for our lives. When we seek Him in our trials, He will reveal many things. He bore our grief, and was wounded for our transgressions. When we are led by the Spirit to travel through the tests in the wilderness, then we will come out on the other side in the power of the Spirit. Jesus, our servant, will walk us through every situation. No matter how bruised we are, He doesn’t throw away a bruised reed, but He maintains it, and makes it new again, which is His solution. When our faith is tried, we must not stop believing; then, we shall come forth as gold.
