SHOW ME YOUR GLORY LORD- Tonight at Family Worship Center, Evangelist David Borg preaches from Hosea 6:1-3. Hosea means salvation. Brother Borg says while we often hear the story of Hosea preached as as message on idolatry. Hosea prophesies that despite Israel’s idolatry, they will one day be restored. Seven hundred years before Christ’s coming, he prophesied what Christ would do. God has quickened us and raised us up; as God’s people, we can walk in resurrection life. Brother Borg shares the significance of the number three in scripture. Three days Abraham saw Calvary afar off. In Joshua, three speaks of victory. The Resurrection of Christ on the third day; Brother Borg says we must live as if it’s the third day, not day two. We are not in the tomb. No matter how far we go in rebellion, God will take us back. He will restore us in His Mercy. We can know Him and grow in His grace and knowledge when we meet Him at Calvary; and we must know him in power as well. We need more resurrection power and glory in our lives! Walking in the third day! Are we hungry? Brother Borg encourages us to walk in the reality of what He quickened us for; to walk in the reality of His resurrection power and presence every day. Are we living an abundant life? We should desire to see His manifest presence every day.
