WHO DO YOU SAY JESUS IS? - Tonight at Family Worship Center, Pastor Jimmy Dupree warns against complaining and murmuring about the people God has chosen to use. We should pray and lift up our preachers and leaders, and God will do the rest. Brother Dupree shares his personal testimony of how the power of God healed him. He asks, who do we say Jesus is; do we still believe in His healing power? Reading in Matthew 16:19, Pastor Dupree shares the differences between the Pharisees and Sadducees of the early church days and how they united on one fact, they did not like Christ. Jesus had done miracles of healing, and feeding thousands, but the people still wanted more signs. Brother Dupree says we must not try to please people who will never be satisfied; we must set our hearts on pleasing God. Faith in Christ alone will get the Word of God flowing in our beings. Avoid the religious, maturity is found when we get close with Jesus. He is the Christ, the Son of the Living God. We must lay aside all malice, guile, hypocrisy, envy, and evil speaking. Our goal is to mature into the vessels that God wants us to be, doing His work wherever He calls us. The devil hates when believers are united, this is when God does great things.
