CHAINED, CHANGED, AND CLAIMED- Today at Family Worship Center, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart reads Luke 8:43-48 encouraging us with the testimony of the woman who was healed after twelve years of suffering. She pushed through the crowd just to touch the hem of Jesus’ garment. Brother Swaggart says at that moment she went from being chained by sickness and sin to being changed by the power of God. Just as blind Bartimaus was healed, every believer can have the confidence that believing in Jesus Christ can make us whole. God rides on our storms; He can make the blind to see, the lame to walk, and open deaf ears to hear. Cancer is no problem for God. The Lord Jesus is coming back in a power that the world has never known, and when He does, there will be war no more. Our help comes from above, we must believe that and holdfast to our faith in Christ. At just one touch, power went out of Jesus and she was no longer just any woman, but she was His “daughter”. Will you reach out today and touch your Savior? When you do, you will go from being chained, to changed, to claimed into the family of God.
