TAKE YE AWAY THE STONE- Today Family Worship Center welcomes guest Pastor Chris Moody from the Church of God in Cleveland, Tennessee. He reads John 11:39-44, reminding us through the story of Lazarus where our help comes from. Mary and Martha were discouraged by the death of their Brother Lazarus; they questioned Jesus about His whereabouts and timing. Believers are often no different in responding to disappointments that come our way. Brother Moody says Satan has been working overtime on the church to steal, kill, and destroy our faith in God. Through unforgiveness, racism, gossip, bitterness and so much more, we have become diseased and full of infirmities that the Lord wants us to give to Him. He died on Calvary’s Cross to move us through all our heartache and failures; "He wants the glory from our story”. He is our help, for the wages of sin is death, but we have eternal life in Christ Jesus. Remember in John chapter 11, Lazarus is dead, but by chapter twelve Lazarus is having dinner with Jesus. Pastor Moody asks, will we allow God to position us at His table for a feast only He can prepare?
