JERUSALEM, THE CHOSEN CITY OF GOD- Today at Family Worship Center, Pastor Donnie Swaggart reads 2nd Chronicles 6:1-6, teaching on how God has put His name on Jerusalem. Pastor Donnie shares a historical view of all Israel has endured as she gained independence from a British colonial mandate for Palestine in 1948. Then, and now, Israel, and the Jewish people have endured intensified fighting from Arab forces. We have seen nothing but pure evil in the latest attack on Israel by the terrorist group Hamas. Pastor Donnie says bible prophecy has been playing out, as America’s generosity and support of Israel over the years has helped maintain what God promised to Abraham so long ago; promising a blessing of a land, a people, and a city—a great nation. We must stand for Israel, for Jerusalem is the chosen city of God, where Jesus Christ, the King of Kings, will one day reign forever.
