The Holy Spirit then could reveal to the believers of the early church what their faith should be in. Paul addressed the wrong mindset, which is bondage in a believer’s life. Using Paul’s example of guiding James, directing a teacher back to truth, versus teaching the people. Brother Loren says a new believer needs to be taught the ways of the Lord in love; mature believers can lead by standing for the truth while protecting those who are babes in Christ, but with no compromise.
