The Cross made it possible; we can go directly to God the Father. Jesus teaches the disciples that after the Cross, their prayers must be directly to the Father, as He leaves to go be with the Father in heaven. Christ crucified, gave all access to the Father, as the veil was torn from the top to the bottom. In Exodus 4:22, Moses said as he came before Pharaoh, "Israel is my son, my firstborn"; Brother Josh says this shows us a relationship, not just for the nation, but for the individual. When we get saved, we are chosen by God, and are brought into His family.
