Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel welcome missionary Roger Mattox of Oasis International Ministries. Through his ministry, Pastor Mattox has distributed thousands of Expositor’s Study Bibles and taken the gospel all over America and Africa. Today the panel continues their discussion of the benefits of the New Covenant reading Galatians 6:6. The church must understand the sacrifice, meaning the Cross, to have salvation and sanctification. Without the finished work of Christ on Calvary’s Cross sinful man could not have been redeemed. A person must recognize that we can’t save ourselves. When we repent of our sin, and receive what Christ did for us at Calvary we are cleansed from our sin and made whole. He alone saves us. Brother Larson reminds us of Romans 10:13, whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
