He was wounded for our transgression. Our faith must stand not in the wisdom of man, but in the power of God. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel study Galatians 2:12-14, looking at Satan's pull of early church converts in Antioch. The Apostle Paul corrects Peter and the other early church leaders regarding their hypocrisy of compelling the Gentiles to live, as do the Jews. Pastor Paris says Peter was violating the terms of the New Covenant. We are not to build up again those things, which God has torn down. We are all one in Christ; there shall be no division of law or any other means. What the law could not do, for the Spirit quickens our mortal bodies, nothing else but faith in Christ crucified can redeem fallen man.
