Reading Job 1:1, the panel discusses the refining process of God. We must be convicted of what is in our hearts. God allows tests to keep us on track, while Satan wants to knock us off course. Satan went after Job’s worship first with a long list of losses following. Tests will bring fruit, for those who love God. But for those who reject God, tests are a curse. Restoration eventually came to Job, as God saw His affliction and blessed his faith. The panel encourages parents to build their home on the foundation of Christ and Him crucified to prepare their children and secure their eternity in heaven.
