Tonight at Family Worship Center, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel read Hebrews 4:1, discussing laboring for the Lord from a place of rest. Brother Swaggart says God has given him direction to take the message of sanctification to the world through the Sonlife Broadcasting Network. In 1985, the Lord spoke through a vision to Brother Swaggart that the fields are ripe for the harvest and the laborers are few. And today, that call is the same, and God is holding back a storm to get it done. Brother Swaggart says God has called this ministry to reach the lost over the entirety of the world. With regards to ministry, all who are called by God need the Spirit of God to get it done. Believers must know there is a rest in Christ. He is our protection and our destination. We must always live for the Lord from a place of rest; for Christ completed all work on Calvary’s Cross, and we only need to believe.
