SACRIFICIAL GIVING- God doesn’t want His people in debt. The more in debt we are, the less generous we will be to the work of God. Tonight, at Family Worship Center, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart reads Mark 12:41-44 teaching on sacrificial giving with the story of the widow woman who gave everything she had. We must learn to be good stewards of what God has given us. How we handle money is a good index of our spiritual life. If we are giving sacrificially, meaning we really don’t have it to give because of limited finances, Pastor Gabe says be encouraged, because God sees the heart behind such giving. God weighs the gift by the need and cost of the giver, not the amount. It is the size of the surrender. We can trust the Lord to meet our needs. God gave His very best, in Christ’s death on the Cross so that lost humanity could have everlasting life.
