God, in His sovereignty, gives all His creation a free will to choose Him. Tonight at Family Worship Center, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and the panel discuss Revelation 17:6-11, looking at Satan’s ongoing jealous revolt against God. When he fell, he took a third of God’s angels with him. Pastor Donnie says many wonder why Satan still has access to heaven. Adam and Eve lived in perfect relationship with God in the garden, with no sin nature, and still chose to reject Him. Satan even tempted Jesus Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane, but Jesus knew no sin. He came to redeem man as a perfect, sinless, sacrifice. Brother Josh says in the Bible, we see the creation of man, the fall of man, and the redemption of man. Powerful fallen angels are at work today to steal, kill, and destroy the church and our nation. Bad government hurts the work of God, but the church can put a stop to it. Brother Swaggart says we must pray against evil powers so that Satan is stopped in his efforts. These same powerful fallen angels will assist the Antichrist in his effort to annihilate the Jews in the Great Tribulation to come; but be encouraged, the Lord will rapture all believers before this time of great destruction.
