I was wounded in the house of my friends. Tonight Brother Swaggart and panel discuss the rejection of Christ. There are so many similarities between our current world’s delusions, and the deception of Satan during the time of the antichrist and the great tribulation, just before the Battle of Armageddon. There are lies that are infiltrating the minds of so many, even Christians. Brother Swaggart says Satan must get permission from God to do what he does. Just as when the Apostle Paul, then Saul was persecuting Christians, God gave him the opportunity to be saved; and he was. Brother Larson points out, that even though God allows mankind to experience some awful things, He is not about destruction. He is a God of redemption. He has allowed famine, plagues, and pestilence; His goal, to see men in their trials and tribulations turn to Him. Brother Swaggart says there is no limit to God’s love and patience. Brother Smith says man’s anger is selfish, while God is angry because He knows we are hurting ourselves. The promises to Israel will be fulfilled when she accepts Christ and repents. God is a jealous God. He wants all His creation to be saved.
