Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and the panel read in the first chapter of the Book of Romans and what it says about a homosexual lifestyle; with verses 26-28, specifically address men and women giving up the natural uses of their bodies. Brother Watts says we can be clear that the bible calls homosexuality a vial affection, and no matter if the actual act of it is acted out, or if it is just a same sex attraction in the heart, God can set any, and all, free from this wrong affection. Brother Swaggart says this sin was rampant in Corinth, Rome, and many other cities in the days of Paul. Paul knew he was dealing with a major rejection of light, which results in a downward spiral. The root of all sin is the rejection of Jesus Christ.
