For such a time as this… Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and the panel discuss the condition of the nation with regards to Communism. We have U.S. politicians embracing Communism, people teaching Communism, even some preachers embracing Socialism and Communism. Brother Swaggart says they may be a preacher, but they’re not a preacher of the Gospel; they’re a preacher of unrighteousness. They don’t understand the Gospel; and many don’t want to understand it. Brother John says it is all rooted in a deep hatred for Christianity. God knows what is going to happen, but we have a free will, with regards to the final outcome. But it’s no excuse for political leaders that hold positions of power, great power in this nation to not know what Communism is and for these men and women to embrace this effort, it only likely means they are led by Satan. They are led by the powers of darkness. We must see this; believers who don’t, they are either blinded or they’re ignorant to not even understand, that if Communism takes hold the church will be gone.
