There is a rest that every believer can experience when they embrace the grace of God. Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss how embracing the law makes Christ of no effect in the life of a Christian. There must be a death to self and law when we are found in union with Christ. Brother Larson explains how dedication, consecration, separation, and obedience are a natural result of the Holy Spirit’s work in the life of a believer, and trying to achieve these, in and of our selves, will not work. It is only a reality, by the power of God, which is His will and good pleasure for all His children to find victory in this life. Anchoring our faith in His finished work alone is how we mature and bring forth fruit unto God.
