When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Lord said He will lift up a standard against him; that standard is the Cross. The dream tells of the second coming of the Lord, and the Millennial Kingdom that Christ will set up at that time. Brother John says that Kingdom will be upon the shoulders of Christ Himself, and the increase of His government will be peace. There will be no war. His Dominion is an everlasting dominion, and His Kingdom is from generation to generation.
