Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss Daniel 3:16, and looked at the faith of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego as they answered king Nebuchadnezzar, despite knowing the cost of their response. It is a decision they made a long time ago. Brother Swaggart says, they trusted and depended upon the Lord, no matter what happened. This is what every believer should do. The panel discusses how this brings to light the persecution on the church today, as Americans are undergoing some persecution for their Christian faith. In other parts of the world like Indonesia, Africa, and China, Christians are greatly persecuted for their faith.
