The believer is sanctified and justified the moment they give their heart to Christ. Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss being born again; when Christ comes into our lives, He rids us of sin. This doesn’t mean we will never sin again, but it does mean that sin is not to have dominion over us. When our faith is in Christ and the Cross and maintained accordingly, then the Holy Spirit, will work exclusively within these parameters to change us into the image of Christ.
