Pride and traditions are hurting the lives of many believers. Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss victorious Christian living and how to maintain it in our Spirit. The message of the Cross is building a bridge between Pentecostals and Baptists as there is a growing understanding of justification at salvation, and how we are sanctified there as well. The baptism of the Holy Spirit comes is a second subsequent work. Brother Larson explains conservative Pentecostalism from 1901 to 2001 and how the baptism of the Spirit went from one person to 500-million people adhering to the baptism. We have learned so much more about how the Holy Spirit works in the believer's life since its primitive beginnings; if the Apostle Paul's teachings are not understood we are left with Judaism.
