Grace is the goodness of God given to undeserving people. Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel read Romans 5:1-2. Because we are justified in Christ, we can grow in grace and the knowledge of the Lord. When our faith is anchored in Christ, this is where we can grow in His grace. Brother Smith says this is who we are in Christ, by whom; here we have access to His grace. We are His children. We are a co-inheritor with Christ. Before Calvary, man did not have access to God as he does now, because the blood of bulls and goats could not take away sin. But now, In Christ, our salvation is once and for all; it is eternal.
