The way of the Cross is exclusive. Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss the only way that leads to victory over sin in a life. It is the work of the Holy Spirit that opens up truth to the believer. He is the sole revealer of the things of God. Once He lives in a heart, at salvation, the power of the Holy Spirit immediately goes to work to teach, lead, and guide the believer to live a life pleasing to God. Power for living comes as a result of salvation, and power for service comes as the result of the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
