Can we stop bad things from taking place? Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss the wrath of God with regards to the evil He witnesses, reading in Daniel chapter nine. He sees the evil in the world; He’s prepared for the disobedience. As the Lord watched upon the evil, He took care to keep it where it would be available, and allowed it to happen when the time was right. The idea is, there is not an ounce of evil in God, but He will allow evil to come. Believers must learn obedience through repentance and obeying His voice, which means to obey His Word, and anchoring our faith in the finished work of Christ.
