Brother Swaggart is joined today by Loren Larson, Dan Burritt, Dave Smith, and Dr. Don Paul Gray. The panel reads Acts 10:47-48 and reaches the end of the chapter. The panel resumes their teaching on the baptism in the Holy Spirit and shows the scriptural support for it. The panel further differentiates between when the believer receives the Holy Spirit at the moment of salvation and when the believer is baptized in the Holy Spirit, which is a second separate work of grace to empower the believer for service.
