It is faith, from beginning to end. Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and the panel discuss Romans 1:17; for there in, is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith. God is the provider and man is the receiver. Brother Swaggart says the object of our faith is the greatest doctrine of all; it must be Christ and Him crucified. If we have the wrong object of faith then the Holy Spirit cannot work in our lives. The panel walks us through the many wrong church doctrines over time that have led believers away from simple faith in the finished work of Christ and into a life of works which will never result in a victorious Christian life.
