We don’t have to be a “home-born slave”; meaning, as believers we expect only partial victory in our Christian walk. When we say, yes to Jesus in our lives, we not only receive forgiveness and payment for our sin, but we now have the power of the Holy Spirit working in our lives so that sin will no longer have dominion over us.
