Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel continue their study on sanctification, explaining our position of status. In Christ, we have a new nature, now we are able to grow in the grace and the knowledge of the Lord, and we do that by faith. The same way we got in is how we stay in for what we do didn’t save us. This is how we grow in this understanding of proper faith. The Holy Spirit, because of this new nature is going to enrich us and give us that understanding. But if we are not taught properly, we won’t know how to appropriate properly these truths. The power of sin has been broken, and our lives have been set apart for Christ; now there is a new source of power living on the inside of us, and we are intended to be a silent partner.
