Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel read Romans 8:21-22 discussing how the believer must know we are in a fight, and we must know how to fight. The Apostle Paul encourages us that there is a time coming that we will no longer have this fight. Because of the fall in the garden, to no fault of its own, the earth groans. As the return of Christ draws near, we will see more natural elements and disasters with storms and such. Brother Larson reads Matthew 24:7, which tells us this. This is the response of the earth bearing out the weight of sin that is upon it. These are the beginning of sorrows, as we see God’s judgment expressed against humanity for its growing sin and lack of repentance.
