All have sinned, and need the Lord. Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss Psalm 14:1-3. As it is written, there is none righteous, no not one. The Apostle Paul is showing the Jewish people, that they were in no better condition than the Gentiles. In fact, because they had privileges such as learning and receiving the Word of God over the Gentiles, many believed a misnomer that they were saved because of their family heritage. Paul tries to eliminate this nationalistic view; there is no salvation by means of association. Mankind is sinful and separated from God; there is no amount of work or association that could ever provide salvation outside of accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
