ASK GOD FOR THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT- Tonight at Crossfire, Pastor Paris Ragan reads Luke 11: 5-13 teaching on the Holy Spirit. Pastor Paris asks us to consider how specific is Jesus regarding His command to receive the Holy Spirit? It is a promise that Jesus wants His followers to ask for and receive. It’s not that He’ll give the Holy Spirit things to give to us. It’s that the Father will give the Holy Spirit to them who ask. We should want more of God’s presence in our lives, and if we will seek, knock, and ask that promise we will find.
